These classes focus on movement with breath. The beginning of class is time for centering and grounding. This is where we begin to focus inward and on our breath. From there, we move through Surya Namaskar variations (Sun Salutations) to help warm the body. The bulk of the class will focus on strength and power. Here you can also expect some fun asanas (poses) to help challenge your practice. At the end of the class you will be guided through a cool down with a well deserved savasana. *My BrewGas are vinyasa style classes.


My sculpt classes are a hybrid of my vinyasa and hot pilates classes, as well as the infusion of free weights. In one hour you will build lean muscle mass, boost metabolism, rev up your heart rate, and focus inward. The movements are linked with your breath throughout class. This class is practiced in the heat in 90 degrees to also give you a fabulous detox.


Core & Cardio

My Core & Cardio (a.k.a hot pilates, a.k.a Hot HIIT) classes contain low impact, high intensity movements. In one hour you will receive an intense, but fun workout that increases your strength, stamina, and flexibility. These workouts are cardiovascularly challenging, interval-based, and focus on strengthening your core using pilates movements, as well as other bodyweight exercises. This class is practiced in the heat anywhere between 95-100 degrees.

26 & 2

This class is set to 105 degrees with 40% humidity. The standard class is 90 minutes, but when I teach the express class it is 60 minutes with music. We complete the same 26 postures and 2 pranayama (breathing exercises) every time. This well established sequence of postures is designed to stretch and strengthen every ligament, and muscle of the body while improving the joints and creating a strong mind body connection. You will leave feeling cleansed, and energized inside out, bones to skin. This class is great for beginners, as well as long time practitioners.
