These classes focus on movement with breath. The beginning of class is time for centering and grounding. From there, we move through Surya Namaskar variations (Sun Salutations) to help warm the body. The bulk of the class will focus on strength, flexibility, and mobility. Here you can also expect some fun asanas (poses) to help challenge your practice. At the end of the class you will be guided through a cool down with a well deserved savasana. *My BrewGas are vinyasa style classes.


My sculpt classes are a hybrid of my vinyasa and GRIT/HIIT classes. In one hour you will build lean muscle mass, boost metabolism, rev up your heart rate, and focus inward. The movements are linked with your breath throughout class. This class is practiced in the heat in 90 degrees to also give you a fabulous detox.


Kettlebell Flex

I designed this class to improve mobility throughout the body. Majority of the class uses a kettlebell and the movements are linked with breath work. Our movements are slow and controlled, but powerful movements. The remaining 20 minutes of class are dedicated to mobility flows with deep stretching holds.

My fitness classes are challenging, interval-based, and focus on strengthening your entire body with dumbbells, bands, and/or your bodyweight. This group class is practiced in the heat anywhere between 95-99 degrees.


The Classic

This class is set to 105 degrees with 40% humidity. The standard class is 90 minutes. We complete the same 26 postures and 2 pranayama (breathing exercises) every time. This well established sequence of postures is designed to stretch and strengthen every ligament, and muscle of the body while improving the joints and creating a strong mind body connection. You will leave feeling cleansed, and energized inside out, bones to skin. This class is great for beginners, as well as long time practitioners.
