Thai Bodywork is a deeply relaxing, pain-relieving, and soul-nourishing blend of assisted yoga, mindful movement, and therapeutic touch. Often called "lazy-man's yoga," this practice invites you to fully relax as I gently guide your body through yoga-inspired stretches, apply rhythmic pressure, and release deeply held tension.

In our session together, you'll remain comfortably clothed as I assist you into yoga poses and apply targeted pressure to your fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles and organs. This work can help increase flexibility, improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, and enhance your overall sense of well-being.
