This deeply relaxing, pain relieving, and soul retrieving blend of assisted yoga, mindful movement, and bodywork encourages increased range of motion, relief from pain and muscle tension, increased flexibility, and improved lymph and blood circulation.
In a Thai session with me, I help you stretch in yoga poses. Next, I apply pressure to help relieve your fascia, which is connective tissue beneath your skin that attaches, stabilizes, encloses and separates your muscles and other internal organs.
Booking a Thai session with me will give you the opportunity to relax while I move your body and release tension for you.
